Privacy
Respecting information and the people behind it.
This notice explains the public website, Contact correspondence, and membership-application data practices currently in place.
Public website
The public institutional website presents information without requiring an account. Ordinary server security logs may record limited technical request information for reliability and abuse prevention.
Contact inquiries
When online Contact intake is active, RCI Americas records the name, email address, optional phone number, inquiry category, subject, message, privacy acknowledgment, correspondence, assignment and operational history needed to route and respond to the inquiry and maintain appropriate institutional records.
Resend processes transactional acknowledgment and correspondence delivery for RCI Americas. Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited technical signals for abuse prevention when the protected form is active. Privacy-conscious request and email keys, timing evidence, one-use form evidence and duplicate fingerprints may be retained to protect intake. Do not submit medical information, government identification, authentication credentials, Social Security numbers, banking information or payment-card details.
Contact acknowledgment is versioned separately from any future consent to publish information. RCI Americas does not state a fabricated fixed retention period; records are retained according to legitimate operational, security and institutional requirements.
Membership applications
The application collects the personal, contact, church, ministry, professional, emergency-contact, reference, declaration, and supporting-document information identified in the approved RCI Americas application. This information is used to preserve a draft, support authorized review, protect intake, and administer the registration-payment workflow.
Applications use a private secure resume code instead of an applicant password. The code is not stored in plaintext by RCI Americas. Applicants are responsible for keeping it confidential. An applicant may alternatively request a one-time secure continuation link at the email address already associated with the draft; entering an email or last name never directly exposes an application.
Private supporting documents
Government identification, pastor recommendations, passport photographs, ordination evidence, and optional supporting documents are stored privately and are not published through public URLs. Do not upload unrelated records, passwords, Social Security numbers, banking credentials, or payment-card details.
Application acknowledgment
Applicants must actively acknowledge application processing and this privacy notice. This is separate from any future consent to publish a member biography or public profile.
Payments
When enabled, PayPal may process the non-refundable $50 USD registration fee through its authoritative capture flow. During the approved OneDosh manual bridge, OneDosh hosts the external payment page and RCI Americas records the applicant-provided transaction/reference, claimed payment date, verification state, limited observed status, amount, currency, provider timing, verifier and audit evidence needed for independent administrative verification. Applicant-provided information or a screenshot is not a receipt and never establishes payment authority. RCI Americas does not receive or store payment-card, bank-account, wallet, password or PIN credentials.
Payment records and operational correspondence are retained according to legitimate operational, security and institutional requirements; RCI Americas does not state a fabricated fixed retention period.
Email correspondence
If you contact RCI Americas by email, the information you choose to send may be used to understand and respond to your inquiry and maintain appropriate institutional records. Do not email government identification or credentials.
Administrative portal
The portal is a separate, access-controlled administrative service for authorized application, payment, member, training, content, Contact, notification and security operations.
