Leadership

Stewardship, accountability, and service.

RCI Americas leadership exists to protect the ministry’s calling, guide formation, support chaplains, and maintain responsible institutional practice.

Verified leadership profiles and official appointments will be published following institutional confirmation.

Leadership responsibility

Authority expressed through faithful stewardship.

Leadership within a chaplaincy ministry carries a duty of care. It should provide spiritual direction, organizational clarity, training oversight, ethical accountability, and sound administration.

Public listings must be accurate and current. RCI Americas will therefore publish names, portraits, ranks, portfolios, and regional assignments only after each appointment is formally verified for public release.

The public directory is being assembled from approved institutional records. No unverified leadership names or assignments are displayed.

Guarding the ministry’s faith foundation and pastoral purpose.

Supporting responsible preparation, commissioning pathways, and continued development.

Administration
