Consider the commitment, not only the title.

Chaplaincy membership calls for Christian maturity, willingness to learn, accountable conduct, and readiness to serve people with dignity. Participation is voluntary within RCCG Americas.

The Basic Chaplaincy Education program is required as part of the pathway toward certification and commissioning. Submission of an application does not itself guarantee admission, certification, rank, appointment, or commissioning.

The live application saves progress automatically and can be resumed securely without an applicant password or account.

    Appropriate emergency and character-reference details.

  5. Supporting documents

    Passport-style photo, government-issued ID, pastor’s letter, proof of ordination when applicable, payment proof, and an optional résumé.

Applicants can complete the guided form, upload private supporting documents, review their information, and reach the payment-ready stage. Live payment and administrative review are not yet active.

Do not email government identification, passwords, payment credentials, or other highly sensitive records. Use only the private document controls inside the application.
